Building Sells Near Downtown Nashville

We had a closing yesterday afternoon! Precision Field Services, a Nashville-based mortgage field service provider, purchased the 15,000 Square foot industrial building at 801 5th Ave. South for $1,040,000. The seller, Durrell Sports, LLC, is still operating and occupying a portion of this property.
