We had not one, but TWO closings last week! In the first closing, Ben McKnight represented both the Buyer, DLT Enterprises, LLC, and the Seller, Hall Investments, L.P., in the purchase of 557 Industrial Drive. The property is a 37,783 SF building on 10.3 acres and was purchased for $450,000.00.
In our second closing last week, the Horrell Company represented the Buyer, D. Price Investments, Inc., in the purchase of two commercial buildings containing 8,490 SF on 2.26 acres. The buildings are located at 1616 and 1620 Elm Hill Pike and were purchased for $777,000.00. The seller was Braun Properties, G.P. and was represented by Brookside Properties, Inc. It’s been a great year for us at the Horrell Company and we are excited to finish this year out strong!
