There is no question Horrell Company has had an extremely great start to 2014. As of the beginning of April we have had five closings and twenty-five leases. Our largest sale thus far took place at the end of February where Laura Grider and Steve Horrell represented the sellers, Papermill Associates, of 531-539 Metroplex Drive. The 60,976 square foot three-building office complex was purchased by Lead Public Schools for $2,025,000.
Horrell Company has not only been busy with leasing and sales but we are currently in the final stages of launching a new and improved website. This is something our team has wanted to do for years and we are thrilled to finally make it happen.
